Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Contacted Norton by phone to cancel annual subscription prior to next renewal in March. Talked to 3 representatives who refused to cancel subscription unless I provided my credit card information. They have it on file as they have billed me annually for 8 years. I tried canceling online and before I completed the process, I received a call from their representative telling me that my credit card had been compromised by the Chinese and I should keep the subscription. I contacted my credit card provider who advised my card had not been compromised. The numbers I called were all on Norton website but only 2 of the individuals I spoke to spoke English. Needless to say, I was unable to cancel my subscription. The numbers I called are: 818-732-4631, 833-542-2232, 877-294-5265, 800-854-7338 . The number from which they called me is: 408-600-2797. Resolution Sought Cancel my subscription

Received an email stating I brought a Norton security package for computer and invoiced me EFT6547724. The email stated the 399.00 was to be drawn from my account. However I did not purchase any security package and did authorize any withdrawal from my account. Resolution Sought This was a fraud. I need it looked into and find out the person responsible. And seek any remedy for this action. Whatever law applies to hackers.
