This after paying premiums for over 20 years received no support and had to deal with recovery on my own.

Identity theft credit cards opened in my name and PayPal allowed access to debit my checking account for 6000.00 until the account was dry. Working with LifeLock I was dealing with someone in India no support was given other than issuing a complaint number. All recovery was done in my own. I would never use LifeLock again. This after paying premiums for over 20 years. Hire US representatives and stop false advertising

While I'm satisfied that they resolved my problem, their response time to it overall was unacceptable.

My only issue is that it took me having to contact a consumer protection firm in order for Norton to respond to a paying customers problem. If it ever occurs again, I'll gladly contact Business Consumer Alliance for assistance. Other than their response to an old issue, Norton has protected my home's assets for years now and I really expected their service group would perform the same as their product offerings. I hope that they will respond in a more efficient matter with any future problems I may incur. My thanks go out to them once again for finally rectifying my issue.
