Safety of the resident is my most concern

Why does the Norwalk Meadows Nursing Center residents are ordered to take anti psychotic meds and when is the psychiatric doctor made rounds to evaluate this residents. This facility is NOT a psychiatric, it is considered SNF and SubAcute. Many calls are not answered on time. Staffs are in their phones. Now that it is Covid, staffs has 2 jobs and just go to work don't even change their scrubs. For the administration, how prepared are they to protect the residents and staffs. Do they have enough and proper PPEs? Somebody has to check this facility. Their medications and staffing.
