Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. I have been trying to get on www.notarystudy.com link to retake the test. I sent an email, and received the response that technical support is working on it. I waited a month to make sure the link works, and it still does not work. I sent another email for a different link, and have not received a response. I even sent a text to the last person I talked to, and no response. This leaves me to believe that this may be a scam, but thankfully I only paid the $48 into this. I am really upset that I am unable to take the test to get to the next level of my notary business. Resolution Sought If this is not a scam, to provide a link so that we can take the test to be certified Loan Signing Agents or refund my money if possible.

I read the book and took the practice test 4 times. I got 100 on the practice test. Took the exam 3 times, got a 67, 70, then a 67 again. Paid $89 again took the exam 3 more times got a 70, 73 then a 67. Are you FN serious? This is a scam. Not wasting anymore money on this. I want my money back!!! Resolution Sought I want a refund or my certificate.
