Dont send your kids
Rita baltrip is the worse day care provider, i personally seen what happens , for starters she owns a large vicious dog who is not always put up and away from the children safety, she has unlicensed people with Criminal background or mental health issues watching the kids picking them up from school or even the children are spending the day with these people . She also runs another business where she rents out rooms to pedophiles and Parolees where the kids are offen kept
