I moved in to an apartment managed by the new river valley property management and we we're promised high speed internet (all tenants will vouch) that we have barely had any internet in the 2 years I've been here. Resolution Sought Explain. Be held accountable for their misleading.

We manage for multiple property owners. The owner of this property did offer wifi as an amenity in the beginning. We have made several calls to the provider in the past to get the internet issues resolved as we were notified of them and the provider as a whole has just failed to provide adequate internet throughout the entire City. Due to their inability and the amount of complaints the owner decided to withdrawal internet from the future leases. Once the final lease expires, internet will NO LONGER be provided. Tenants will be responsible for providing their own internet from August 2022 forward. How can the management company be held accountable when we aren't the ones that actually provide the internet? We made multiple phone calls to the provider on multiple occasions. If tenant is looking for someone to blame, solution is no longer providing internet. Problem solved.
