Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I ordered a holster from nsr. I paid an extra 70 dollars for the lead time to be bumped up to two weeks. Right around the two week mark I got an email confirming that my ordered has shipped. For 8 days my tracks said usps was awaiting item. After eight days I sent my first email to nsr to find out what's going on. No reply. At the 48 hour mark, I sent another. No reply. 48 hours, I sent another. The following morning I sent them an email to inform them I would be filing a complaint with the BBB. I'm convinced that they stole my extra 70 for lead time and just sent me an email saying it shipping so they wouldn't have to refund. Been over a month since I've ordered my holster and still nothing. Resolution Sought I either want my 70 dollars that they stole refunded or my holster shipped.
