I visited NC National Tire and Battery 4845 W. Wendover Avenue, Jamestown, NC on 7-26-21 and I was told that I would need a new condenser, compressor, refrigerant and system recharge. I had a friend pick me up and take me home and the job was finished the next day. The Technician told me to bring the car back if I had any problems. On October 14, I called NTB Jamestown and was told that the Tech didn't work there anymore and I was referred to NTB Guilford College. I called them and they said they didn't have a machine to work on AC's. Next, I called NTB Customer Service and they made an appointment for me in High Point, Monday, 10-17. When I arrived, I was told that the AC Tech was out sick and they didn't know when he would be back. I contacted NTB Customer Service Tuesday, 10-18 to request a refund. They said that I needed to try another NTB and then request a refund. I was told to call NTB on Battleground Avenue. The Manager (Miller), made an appointment for me for 11-1 at 11 am. The Tech said he didn't see me in the computer but he would look at it. My Mom and I waited 2 hours only to be told the Condenser wasn't condensing and he made an appointment for Friday, 11-5, 3 pm. I called Customer Service 11-1 and was told that I refused service. I said that wasn't true and that I have an appointment for 11-5. My Mom and I drove 1 hour & 30 minutes to get there and waited that long only to be told they couldn't fix my car. Customer Service gave me incident #392-6201. Resolution Sought I would like a refund.
