I took my car to N T B last week with one specific problem. I was having trouble turning the steering wheel because it was getting stiff and stuck sometimes. They tall me after the diagnostic hat they think. I needed to changed the axle' do an alignment; oil changed and more. However after I picked the car i experience the same issue that i was having. I consulted another person that tall me is the power steering wheel; Then I took it back to them on Friday. After keeping the car all day ,they tall me when I went to pick up to take my car to the dealer because they can not fix that issue. Now I am experiencing shaking that was not present before and i have to go spend extra money to the dealer for the issue that they were supposed to fix. I spent more than 8 hundreds there. It does not seem right. What is the purpose of diagnostics? Resolution Sought I would love them to fix my car, but they made it clear that they can not do it. So, at least remove all this extra things that you made me do that was not emergency so I can pay the dealer since my issue was not fix.
