I purchased tires from NTB on Bobby jones expressway. I bought 4 Michelin tires with a rebate . I went to fill out the rebate and realized the receipt did not have all the info needed, to get this info I made two more calls to the store were they were purchased . I filled out rebate & attached pics of receipt . They informed me rebate was denied for lack of receipt. So I had the receipt faxed to them and received confirmation that it was received. Since then it's endless emails with this rebate center. They keep saying it was sent telling me to check spam which I have told them I did . One email asked me to wait 10 days after it was sent to contact them . When i received this email it had been 15 days . It's obvious after 8 emails that I am being given the runaround. I googled the company and found out they had already been fined for not honoring their rebates . Resolution Sought I want my refund!
