I was given the impression that this was a service that would be free of charge I was never informed there would be extra monthly service fees added onto my bill. They made it seem as if they were giving me a set monthly rate when in fact it fluctuates just as if you were only using duke as your supplier. I called duke they told me to call the supplier after they canceled the service to call them and dispute the charges and get my money back and the rep from nTherm said they are lying and will say anything verbatim on a recorded like from both of them Resolution Sought Refund the difference in my bill
