On August 5, 2023 I entered the business and was sold a washer and dryer 638 is what I paid in cash. On Saturday August 6, 2023 nu 2 u appliances delivered the washer and dryer. They took my old washer and dryer which they both still worked was just small. They hook my appliances up and showed me that it washed and the dryer dried even though it had check sensor. Well after they left and I went to put the load of clothes nu2 u appliances asked to get to show me it worked. August 11, 2023 I received a second set. August 18, 2023 still worked as a code check sensor continue the dryer saying check sensor. August 25, 2023 it was stop drying. August 29,2023 I contacted nu2 u appliances I told them that I would have my brother look to make sure the exhaust was clear and I'll call back if I need someone to come out. Called again on August 31,2023 explained it's still not working.nu2 u scheduled a repair September 2,2023 between the hours of 1-7 pm. I received a call from nu2 u repair guy at 9:30 pm. My daughter is 15 years old and the store was closed at 6 pm. On September 6, 2023 at 9:24 pm he called and hung up. They put a stamp in red on the receipt no refund. My first day couldn't use it for almost a week. Two weeks I got to use the second appliances. They've done it prior 4 other complaints same problem. In least in a month two washer and dryer need to replace. I want my money back so I can go buy me working appliances. Resolution Sought Refund me my 638 because day one the appliances didn't work. I gave them the opportunity to correct the problem they did for two weeks. I don't want to have to go through switching appliances every two weeks for a whole year when the warranty runs out.

In February I purchased a stove and fridge from them. My fridge is already leaking and the freezer went out causing all of my food to go bad. They refuse to come look at saying my warranty already went out. I spent a lot of money there. Resolution Sought All I want is for them to come fix it.
