Worst customer service - LV location

They were very rude at time of check in. Presented my credit card used for online reservation via carentals.com (and was asked to bring same card for payment when picking up the rental car), and they said they don't accept such card but they already charged my account. Had to drive all the way home to get another credit card to provide them with. Once we proceeded with the transaction, we informed them we had insurance and didn't need one through them. They had me sign a waiver electronic document which I could barely reach and see since the countertop was very high and I was on my tippy-toes just saw so I can see where I had to sign. Typically, when a document says WAIVER, I waive the right to have insurance through them. Since I already told them I had one that covers rentals, the person int he counter assisting me NEVER told me that by signing that line, I AM actually using their insurance... along with other charges that were not clear that we were also paying for. Also, when we checked the car before driving off the parking lot, we took pictures of scratches on the vehicle to make sure they know beforehand that it was already there. The inside of the vehicle smelled like cigarettes and middle console was very dirty. I presented these photos back inside to show them and they DIDN'T want to look at it. All they said was they already took a video inventory of the vehicle. I didn't receive the videos until after we returned the car. They sent the before and after videos at that point. Overall, it was the worst experience and NEVER ever had such unpleasant experience renting a car with other companies. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
