I hired the taxi company because I was stranded at a medical providers out of town. I paid for the ride via phone using my credit card. I asked for a receipt, but the driver had none. I have been trying to get that receipt, because I can get reimbursed--but ONLY if I have a paper receipt. The credit card bill statement is not acceptable. I have tried weekly, phoning the taxi 1 to 2 times per week. At first, they kept telling me to call back...after, or before certain times. Then, they kept telling me NOT to call. I just want the receipt...the one I originally had requested on the night of service. Resolution Sought I would like for the cab company to simply mail me my deserved receipt.
