I financed a used car from the dealership almost two weeks ago. And have yet to be able to pick up the vehicle due to them "waiting on the title, waiting on the registration, an error with my insurance, ect." They have given me conflicting reasons and have been outright lied to about when it would be ready. With them originally assuring me it would take 2 or 3 days at most. Resolution Sought I would like to be able to pick up my vehicle that I have financed and put money down on.

To shed some light on the out of state registration for Mr. McDevitt his insurance company sent us an insurance stamp with a date of 2021 rather than 2022. We informed his insurance agency as well as Mr. Mcdevitt of the mistake. As a result and delay of his insurance company correcting this issue in a timely manner, the registration was ultimately pushed back a few days. As far as the title concerns we had the title the day he bought the vehicle so I do not know where those claims arose from.
