I purchased two Numark NDX500 DJCD players on 12-10-2020 on Amazon. One of them had a issue booting up which displays as Boot Finish on the display screen. I went to the Numark website, where there was a fix for the problem which is to re-install the firmware for the piece of equipment. They have the firmware for download on the site so I downloaded it, re-installed it and it resolved the problem however it created another problem. Now the CD will not eject and is stuck in the player. The piece of equipment is out of warranty so they told me I have to get it serviced, which I would have to pay for. The firmware did correct the first problem but caused another one, which I DO NOT FEEL THIS ISSUE SHOULD BE MY RESPONSIBILITY. I need some advice to see if I have a legitimate complaint. Resolution Sought Provide the correct /updated firmware or give explicit instructions on how to get this piece of equipment working again the way it suppose to. I should NOT be responsible for this due to the fact that this was their solution to the problem which they have posted on their website.
