My son is in a wheelchair the two front wheels are broken off. Numotion came out to the house look at the wheelchair. Put in the order for parts the wheelchair been broke for over a year ago when one wheel was hanging now both wheels are off completely. He fell out the wheelchair at his funeral. They give us a date to come out to fix it and when the date come they come and say they need to order another part every time they come out to the house. Resolution Sought Please come fix the wheelchair this is not healthy for him he cannot roll anywhere.

This whole debacle started with needing a new charger because mine went out. The technician came out and said well you qualify for replacement parts for this and that. Pretty much making my 5 year old chair almost new. Well guess what....the technician BROKE MY CHAIR!!!! I limped it around the house as best I could until it completely died. Then they tried to fix it again and its down again!!!! I don't have any other chair to use. I am permanently reliant on my chair due to my MS. I have been stuck in bed for what seems like for most of the year this has been going on. When the parts came in I should have been FIRST on their schedule but NOOOOO!!! They keep canceling. This has caused me to loose muscle tone and I have pressure sores and am Severely depressed. Thanks NuMotion!!!!!! Resolution Sought Penalties of some kind.

Company states: We have been in contact with the customer within the last couple of weeks, and we sent a loaner chair as of May 11, 2022, and we picked up her chair for repairs. If the customer needs us to issue a more detailed response, she would need to sign a HIPAA release form. The customer many call our office to get a form, (860) 970-5604.
