What is a Verified Review? We do our best to ensure that the reviews posted are authentic. I had some issues with getting my chair fixed. It was like I kept falling through the cracks. But they stepped up.

I had issues trying to get my chair repaired. It seemed I kept falling through the cracks. After a long wait the main boss Zach found my case on his desk. He sprang into action and came out the next day to fix the chair. Unfortunately the hub was bad on the tire. But he promised he would order and expedite from the manufacturer. In the mean time their repair agent TJ brought me a loaner chair and took mine into the shop. I am very happy with the resolution. Thank you Zack and TJ and everyone else at NuMotion.
