Have ALS this company comes out takes forever then says wrong part need to take to shop been gone over 2 months. I had already waited 6 months on repairs. Now no chair nothing others in als have same experience Resolution Sought My wheelchair fixed or replaced with new wheel chair capable of what I need. As progression of this disease worsens . Can send picture of others people with same problem.
