This purchase was for an extended warranty for a car I purchased 10/21/21, My car only had 65000, miles on it NVP Warranty Denied my claim stating my vehicle a 2016 Cadillac SRX was NOT COVERED Although the Gold contract I purchased that listed the Powertrain components and having ONLY 65000 miles was not covered This company refused to cover any parts of the repair of my vie hole also the contract was also supposed to cover a rental while the car was being repaired they Denied that also. I PAID for a contract that was suppose to assist with Repairs and HELP me get my car repaired I GOT SCAMMED. So this is my WARNING to Anyone who may be offered a warrant by NVP warrant located in Independent, Ohio DO NOT PURCHASE Anything from this company. My nightmare started on May 23,22 and final ended today I Requested my So call warranty to be CANCELLED July 21 22 it finally is suppose to happen today per Hannah Houser a supervisor per another conversation 9/19/22@ 9:00 am eastern time., some SIXTY days later that's so they can KEEP as much of the amount that was charged in my Case I was charged $1950 You've BEEN WARNED. Resolution Sought I PRAY you can Stop this company from taking customers Money and the refusing to Honor the CONTRACT that was purchased. I purchased what I was told was the Gold coverage this warranty was purchased in GOOD FAITH and they took my money Refused my claim and left me having to come up with $4900 to get my car repaired with a Extended warranty and car Without 75000 miles on it.
