Customer Complaint

This company replaced my hot water heater. It was under warranty. They exchanged it and installed new one. I was charged $1400.00 plus for this. I feel I was charged for new heater as well as labor. Resolution Sought I would like a refund.

My mom Linda Leigh is very un happy with your technicians work. She was never told to move a washer and dryer. Keep in mind that she is 75 years old. My mom still doesn't have a functioning hot water heater for over a month. Her warranty company said there are some things that are not covered which I paid out of pocket for poor service. Telling my mom needs to move a washer and dryer. Tell her multiple times that they will have to come back. I would like a full refund for $1260.00 for punitive damages. Mis communication with technicians and staff. Keep in mind I am still waiting to talk to a manager. Resolution Sought I would like a full refund of $1260.00 for negligence, poor communication and for the technician to come back multiple times to fix and replace my moms hot water heater. Apparently she still doesn't have hot water.
