I am a freelance UX/UI Designer originated in Tamilnadu, India and Ken Brown from NXMOOV LLC contacted me to start a project regarding Applicant tracking system web application. After completing 36 hours of work for the client and at the time of payment, the client says the designs are not worth the money and refusing to pay for my work. The client sent a screenshot of a transaction initiated from XOOM by PayPal, which by the way I haven't received any payment. Now the client is not responding to my messages. However, you can contact me through Email. Resolution Sought I am expecting the pay of $970.00 for the work hours I've spent for the client. It would be much helpful if I get paid from the client who's trying to scam me. I have all the records related to the work like, contract, designed files, Skype chat history, time tracking records and the fake snapshot regarding payment initiation.
