I called to see a vehicle that was advertised. I was told they had it and to make an appointment to come in. When I got to the dealership I was told the car was bad and only sold to mechanics. Then i was shown another vehicle I liked. A credit check was done and I was approved. However, the vehicle was sold to me higher than it should. The milage was 125.340 and I was charged 29,999.00. I seen the same vehicle with lesser mileage at a lower price. I was told they do price match but they refused to do the adjustment. I brought the car back on the 6th day and they refused to take it back, but my contract says I have 2 weeks to return. The general manager was very rude and told me he doesn't care how I view the company and I can give 5 bad views. The general manager advised me that if I received a call from the creditor to tell them I put a down payment of 5000.00 so I can be approved; however I only put a down payment 3500.00. When I asked the manager why he charged me so much for the vehicle with a high mileage, he told me to refinance the payment with another creditor to get a lower payment, because he can't and wont help me. He was beyond rude and pointed towards the door for me to get out. The general manager was combative and defensive when I tried to find other options to resolve this matter. Resolution Sought A better car with a better rate or completely remove me from my contract.

There is no provision in the contract for the return of the vehicle, how ever she can try to refinance with her own lending institution
