I purchased an extended protection plan warranty through nyc motors used cars dealership.and I sold the vehicle, I canceled the warranty protection plan since September 20th 2021 today is my fourths trip to the dealership, and they refused to pay me back, on the third trip they wanted the Lien release letter for proof.and I gave it to them still refused to pay me back. they nothing but a scammer, and a fraud.and I have documents to support my claims. Resolution Sought I need help to get a refund of $1093.13 plus tolls and fuel as well, and give them a bad reviews. thank you

Company states: We sent him a check for the warranty refund amount. We also emailed a copy of the check to him today.

2.16.22 - REVISED - Customer states: I received a check of the amount $1,093.13 on Friday February,11th 2022. ********************************************** Nothing has been resolved with the company, and I spoke with the manager of nyc motors Ms. Bindya because she sent me an email saying that the check has been sent out to you. two weeks later no check. Then I called her to find out the status of the check.she said to me that she wouldn't give me the check because I filled a complaint against nyc motors instead she going to let her lawyer handle it.
