We had three claims with them in 4 years no late payments or anything. But due to someone breaking into my car and someone running a red light we were dropped with no prior warning that this was their policy. Trying to speak to someone that works there is extremely difficult. They don't seems to care we have been good customers. Right before the holiday season we have to shop around for new insurance Resolution Sought Make it easier to do business with someone. Not everything can be controlled at all times. Someone blowing past a red light or someone breaking into a car should not be considered the members fault
