Nyle Maxwell Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram complaints

We bought a certified used 2015 Chrysler 200 from Nyle Maxwell in 2018. Even against my best judgment we added the extended warranty package that the dealer sold us on. It's supposed to cover anything with the engine. Shortly after our purchase a check engine light came on. We found out this is for a part that is out if stock and fast forward to today, is still unobtainable. Everytime we call to inquire about this part, we get the run around , we've called at least a dozen times. Instead we drive around with a check engine light on. Now, I get notified of another issue with this car, there is a recall. Today while driving the car acted as if it would stall out, called Nyle Maxwell again to just get the runaround. I asked to speak to a supervisor, was put on hold and then told he's too busy right now while I listened to a recording about how Nyle Maxwell believes in nothing but customer satisfaction, that's why they've been in business for 37 years. Instead I'm told the best I can do is bring my car in a month and leave it for a few days for them to assess it. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I intend on letting everyone I come in contact with know about the shady business practices at Nyle Maxwell in Taylor. At this point I expect the warranty cost to be fully refunded since it's obvious we will never be allowed to use it. I wish I could turn back the hands of time and never have bought a car from here.
