I called nyseg because I had a bill due for $451.82 due on 3/10. After I paid my bill for that amount I then get another bill due for 3/30 for $417.05. I called and asked why I'm getting billed twice in one month and they said because they put the one bill on hold because they had to manually enter the solar credits or whatever and they are charging me twice in a month which they have charged me every month anyway and I have paid so I've never had a month where I didn't pay and they always explain things so confusingly and it's sounding super shady because they wanted to put things in this way it's my responsibility to payalmost $900 in a month??? I've had multiple issues with them since last year and my bills have never made sense since and I keep asking for them to explain it to me and what they tell me doesn't add up Resolution Sought I want them to give me a more simplified bill because I'm no mathematician and I have no idea where they are getting these numbers or these random charge dates. It's ridiculous!

Why is it ok for a monopoly like nyseg to exist. I have been paying for a few months now to catch up back pay 50 bucks a week. When spoke with a rep was told I was making well below the income needed for a 3 member household so I was about to do a budget plan of 83 and some change a month. Which mind you I was paying a little bit more than that the last couple months to get caught up. Today I'm out on my job an hour away I get an alert from my security camera nyseg driver pulls up sits in his car no attempt to make contact backs out of the driveway then the power goes out. All around shady business.. so I call and am told I have to pay 700 to get my power back on(ended using the money to fix my car to do pay) then told it'll be 24 hrs .... so mean while it's going to be below 35 tonight and I have a 7yr old that is suppose to suffer through the night. All around this company is shady and they should not be able to charge obscene amounts especially for a small trailer in the middle of a trailer park Resolution Sought Turn my power back on just as fast as they sneakily turned it off
