Customer Complaint

Consumer did an overpayment in May, she called right away when the overpayment was made. She was told she would get a refund of the overpayment. A supervisor at that time agreed to return the overpayment. At the end of the phone call the refund was supposed to be $88.10, and to date no refund has been issued. Three times she was promised a refund check she was told it was issued and she never received it. As of this morning, she was hung up and got the run around. She is now told that it will be credited to her account. Customer needs her money because the bill needs to be paid by her daughter and have proof of payment by her to your company, therefore having the overpayment credited does not work in her case. Consumer wants her money returned. Resolution Sought Consumer wants her money returned.
