The roof on my home at Benson Ave. Cocoa Florida is a new roof that was put on September of 2018.. I'm having a leaking problem around the inside of my door way / hallway. I have called the Lake Mary number, the Melbourne number and the number in Jacksonville Fl. I have not received a call back..I found the leak on Friday Sept. 23,2022 . I have had to call another Company to come and look at this leak and where it is coming from the roof. I also called my ins. Kin Ins. All about the above. Please call me. The roof was put on before I bought the home in June 2019.The whole roof was done under the owners Mr. & Mrs. Hannan Benson Ave Cocoa FL 32927 Resolution Sought Fix the problem ASAP!!!! Hurricane Ian is coming and I don't want the whole roof destroyed because of there negligence!!! I'm disabled and 69 yrs old live on a fixed income. I feel that OakCrest Roofing is not a goes company to be working here in Brevard County there negligence has cause me great anxiety I also have Asthma and cant be around Mold.. Thank you very much, by the way Brevard County helped me to get this home in June 2019??

It looks like one of our managers was able to give you a call and discuss your concerns. We hope that we were able to answer all of your questions. We feel strongly about the integrity of our work. This goes for the home you purchased as well. We were able to confirm that Duval County paid for an inspection when you purchased your home, and that your home passed their full inspection after the roof was built. We hope this can bring clarity to our workmanship on the home prior to when you purchased it. In addition, we identified that the warranty on your home has expired and this means we cannot perform any repairs under the expired warranty. Of course, we want to ensure you are well taken care of. If needed, we are more than happy to assist you in getting your roof replaced following the storm.
