I have been asking and contacting Richard Allen baker about fixing a sewage issue I have been having since February he has yet to fix. I contacted the owner and she got very distrustful and threatened me I have had it with this bunch so has ever one else in this park the man yells screams and cusses everyone. I have reached out to their lawyer she was mad and still is i have the letter back and forth I will be contacting the fair housing and disability act about this they treat us like garbage telling me I better refram from calling Rick Richard Allen baker and to call him Rick not even and tell me I better not bad mouth him again if I was her he is a lier and he doesn't fix anything. They want to rip all the plumbing out from under my home and I asked if he had a license and was he bonded she act like as if i had no right to ask such. Resolution Sought They need to fix all the issues in this park and treat us with respect. And stop talking to us they way they do. Or sell the property to people that care when we have questions.
