I live in this trailer park. Every weekend the water goes off with no warning or explanation. The landlord says he isn't obligated to tell us those types of things. I've been staying here since February of 2021 and I have yet to receive a trash can, my floor is sinking in, my sink leaks and I have to catch the water with a bucket, my dryer doesn't work because of poor electrical issues. He's been knowing about this and he just gives out false hopes. He claims he's coming to fix things but he don't. Also the rats are bad as well. I'm never late with my rent and I don't appreciate living like this. Resolution Sought For things to be fixed properly
