In November I purchased a SUV from Happy Hyundai in Oak Lawn, Illinois. I paid $500 as down payment and I also had to get full coverage insurance which is $143. I havent even had my vehicle for 3 months yet and im already having problems. I already paid for my note which is $523 a month. I have a "happy" package which they recommended just in case if anything happens or maintenance. I also have a warranty as well. Now a week after I purchased my vehicle i needed a new battery. Ok they fixed it not problem. But now I needed a Nox Sensor and they recommended me to leave my car with them. I told them ok and they said 2-3 days. Its been 8 days. No loaner vehicle, only rentals through enterprise and they only pay a certain amount while I pay for the rest. Every time I call the service department they tell me my part isn't there or they not answering their phones AT ALL. Im not getting any answers or help its like im fending for myself with 3 kids and a elderly grandmother and im the only one that is employed. How am I going to work, pay bills, and pay this car note if I don't gave transportation. Then no loaners. Im really hurt and disappointed and scared to lose my job. Resolution Sought Either help me get a loaner or give me a different SUV that will run better with no problems. I have no transportation at all.
