Oakcrest Towers complaints

I'm a resident there at oakcrest towers apartments it's so much that's going on there the trash pile up still going on the light is still dim the gates to control the incoming cars entering and leaving the complex stay broken residents let there dog drop there feces on the sidewalk and don't clean up behind there pets the carpet in my building is smelly the doors to the building stays broken for us residents that stays in the community security office that suppose to patrol the community doesn't see him that often patrolling anything around the complex broken of the light fixtures for the gate entry took the camera out the building of the building also to the money out of the laundry card machine broke it off the wall so you can't use the machine to load your card it's not safe in the community call the rental office and file a compliant they don't do anything keep telling you the same information when asked them questions about things they don't know anything and refuse to get anything fix around the community not just at the building I reside at the community be trash all over the place and they wonder why it's rodents in peoples apartment. I don't feel safe and several of my neighbors feel the same way the residents let there animals urinate in the hallways and poop In the hallways area instead of taking them outside something need to be done because I pay my rent and don't get the services that's well deserve for all of us. Resolution Sought I would like for them to come and see for themselves how the community looks and running without them knowing that there coming inspectors on site.
