I got new glasses in 2020.after I got them I had to return them to the store in Wooster Ohio. The lenses kept coming out. They would put bk in until I was told there is nothing they can do. I called a corporate office in Mansfield and was told I had to take it with the store I got them from. I went back 2 days later and there was a sign stating store went out of business. I then called corporate store again and was told nothing can be done since store closed. I waited till I need new glasses and went to the pearl vision store in Medina and asked if they could at least put the lenses in a different frame since they told me the lenses were too big for the frames and that is why they are popping out. They can't do it I was told cause they didn't make them. I have been emailing corporate but couldn't get an answer till I told them I would no longer be getting glasses there and I was contacting the BBB. I got an email and was told they will get back with me in 5 days. I waited 2 weeks then emailed again and waited another 9 days and was told they can't help me even tho that store in Wooster was a corporate store. I just want the lenses put in a frame that will keep my lenses in. plz help. Tyvm Resolution Sought Give me new frames that the lenses fit into so I don't loose them.
