I purchased new cabinets new backsplash and NEW QUARTZ COUNTERTOP. The countertop was damaged with water spots so installer buffed them out. Which changed look to a shinny instead of powered look ok I can deal with that. My problem is everything that touches it leaves stain constantly and immediately cleaning. It's in my kitchen so there is always opportunity for stains. Most of which do go away however some have not! I have contacted installer asking him if he resealed countertop received not answer contacted the company del-tile only asking for them to help prevent future staining, after all it was ordered and paid for brand new!! I am not asking for replacement I am not asking for refund what I am asking THEM to do is be responsible come see it come reseal it as I plan on this lasting for years without ugly spot stains! I have several emails few text messages and yet nothing solved. The contractor who installed our backsplash even told us they need to make this right. So my husband and I choose to buy sealer and are going to try save my countertop. It's just so unsatisfying to spend so much money thinking all new item will be without problems or at very least the people who work at these businesses will step up and treat the consumer RIGHT! I sure won't be going back nor giving a good review for these businesses. Thank you for your help. I have pictures of huge water spots! The tool he used to buff them out the delay in it coming bc time it took. Resolution Sought Call me saying they will come look they will bring material to reseal (not shinny) do it for free bc I should have had a choice to refuse damaged water spot countertop not told afterwards I've already cut it!

I have reached out to Melody to learn more about her concerns and get them addressed. I was unfortunately unaware of some of the issues she was having due to the person(s)/entities she was contacting. We should have no problems getting her countertops fixed to her satisfaction within the week.

Today Rich came to look at stains on my countertop. He applied cleaner 2-3 times and then sealer. He was here about 2 hrs and left bottles of product for future use. They do look much better no stains! Hopefully they will stay clean and look beautiful for many years. Thank You
