To whom it may concern, my complaint is with OC Appliance Repair we hired them to do a job, and they charged us 89.00 for an estimate. So we decided to hire them to do the job of replacing our gasket because that Victor the tech said we needed. So I called about a week later n finally someone answered the phone said secretary was out having baby. Ok so he said he said he cud c n the notes the price of the gasket was 176.39.....so from that point we proceeded wit the payment at first my payment wouldn't go thru because not enough funds, so I added more to make it rite. Then on the 3rd attempt it was done which was November 15, 2023.....and haven't heard anything from them since. Resolution Sought I would love for them to fix my freezer....if not please REFUND MY MONEY.
