We purchased a 2021 Lincoln from O C Welch Lincoln in Ridgeland, SC. We had just sold our SC home and were moving to Wisconsin. We informed the dealer that we want to lease the vehicle and have it licensed and registered in Wisconsin. We did so or at least we thought we did so. After arriving at our new home in Wisconsin, the DOT in South Carolina sent us new plates and registration for the car. Also the leasing company is sending the invoice for the monthly lease to our old address in South Carolina. I have been in frequent contact with the dealership in regards to this matter. They have done nothing but blow smoke up my ass for 3 weeks now!!!! The left hand can't figure out what the left hand is doing and repeated promises to correct the problem come and go like bad farts. Resolution Sought I need the auto registered and titled in Wisconsin as promised. Need the lease payments halted as we do not drive the auto because it does not have insurance on it that we can trust.

Company states: I forwarded the documentation and a check for registration fees to the WI Dept of Motor Vehicles, via FedEx. The customer should be receiving their WIE license plates shortly. I have the tracking # if it is required #774041727636 This was a time consuming issue and in no way did we misrepresent the issues to the customer. We apologize for this misunderstanding as we were in an employee transition at that time.
