I went to O.cc on Friday May 02, 2025. I went to get a DOT physical. Thereto it was alleged that I had high blood pressure <140/90 and they issued me a 1 year medical card. Under sectio. 381.41 (b)(6) Driver Safety & Health Medical Requirements states: A CMV commercial vehicles driver with a Blood pressure (BP) <140/90 maybe certified for 2 years. There is a genuine dispute over Requirements at Occ Med staff who wants drivers to report back each year to gain capital which is a direct violation of the actual requirements. Resolution Sought Give me a 2 year certification or refund my money.
