I hope you can assist my family in ending our relationship with our timeshare, Ocean Canyon. We have been ignored for far too long, and we're counting on your help to get through to them and resolve this matter. Being overlooked is unacceptable given what we've endured with this timeshare and what we now understand about them. The financial burden has become unsustainable and is no longer worth it. Please feel free to reach out if you need any additional information from us. Thank you for your assistance. Resolution Sought Immediate cancellation. Refund of past payments

We are writing to file a formal complaint and request for assistance regarding our attempts to cancel our timeshare account. Despite reaching out to the timeshare company directly and other agencies, we have made no progress in achieving our desired outcome. We are in a desperate situation and need to exit this agreement immediately. Our experience with the timeshare company has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. We have encountered numerous problems with their customer service, including lack of responsiveness, misinformation, and even outright false promises. Our attempts to cancel our account have been met with resistance and delay tactics, leaving us feeling trapped and helpless. We would like to provide you with some additional details and facts regarding our situation. We have been paying exorbitant fees for many years, and have not been able to use our timeshare as much as we would like due to scheduling conflicts and other issues. We feel that we have not received adequate value for our investment, and are now facing financial difficulties as a result. We are hoping that you can help us navigate this complicated process and provide us with the guidance and support we need to cancel our timeshare account once and for all.
