Her plates were supposed to be turned in however they were mysteriously misplaced or other .Now I am getting ez pass tickets

My daughter turned in her car and her plates were supposed to be turned in however they were mysteriously misplaced or other .Now I am getting ez pass tickets on those plates and they did not want to fire the person that she gave those plates too! They took a copy of the ticket and stated they would pay any other ticket that comes; however my identity has now been stolen by this person who now has these plates and they only cared about was sales done by the person who took those plates from my daughter! The business refused to fire the person who took my daughter's plates . I feel that was not acceptable! Someone should be held accountable for the crime of my identity being stolen.
