We bought a 2024 Honda CRV in July 2023. In January my daughter was in a minor car accident. The dealer is unable to get the part to repair the vehicle so the vehicle has been sitting in the dealerships parking lot since January and the ETA for the part is 9/6/2024. They are still selling vehicles but are not able to obtain parts for these vehicles they are selling. Resolution Sought American Honda needs to send Ocean Honda the part so we can have our car back that we are paying $600 a month for.
