I bought my 2020 Jeep Cherokee on June 1st 2023 , with 55,578 miles on it ( it also had the 84 months 100,000 mile certified wrap warranty ) It went back to the dealer 2 weeks later for not starting . Couldn't find an issue and I took it home for a few months and barely drove it more than to the corner store . Fast forward to sept I started driving it more and wouldn't start sept 23,2023. We tried jumping it wouldn't last more than a day . Bought a new battery still didn't matter . Dealer couldn't get it in till the following week to the dealer . Was down from sept 23rd till October 18th . Broke down again nov 3rd , towed it in and dealer had it till Nov 15th . Got it back & broke down again Nov 27th at my oncology appt and I had to wait for them to have it towed from 11:30 am till 6pm in the drs parking lot and they had it till dec 20th picked it up dec 20th and broke down again on dec 22nd and I had to have it towed to the dealer ship . They had no vehicles so I had to rent one 2 days before Christmas. I bought the wrap warranty on this vehicle so it is under warranty, it's exceeded the amount of repairs and days out of service .I need a reliable car to get back and forth to work , drs appts etc . We have a scan tool at the house so my brothers scanned the car every time and it's always the same codes that pop up and we have all those scans saved . Multiple videos of the car acting up Resolution Sought I'd like them to take the vehicle back and give me my down payment and my trade in difference
