Consumer alleges your company is refusing to take responsibility for damages caused due to wrong installation of the water system. Consumer had a water softening system installed in his home in August 2020. About a month ago they discovered that under his house, a water hose was leaking water. This water hose was part of the installation of the water system and there is water all under the house. When he called to report the problem he was told that it was installed incorrectly and that it was supposed to be attached to a drain. Your company offered to repair the hose problem however refused to take responsibility of the damages. From what customer can see there is already mold under the house due to this problem. Consumer want your company to take responsibility and repair all the damages his leaking hose caused under his property and or provide your company's insurance information to file a claim through your insurance. Resolution Sought Consumer want your company to take responsibility and repair all the damages his leaking hose caused under his property and or provide your company's insurance information to file a claim through your insurance.
