Roswell Mazda did work on my vehicle before I bought it and the job was poorly done and failed and caused more damage. I have purchased the extended warranty and the vehicle still had warranty. The work was only done a couple of months before I bought the vehicle and I've only had the vehicle 3 months now. Roswell Mazda is refusing to fix the vehicle. They are refusing to honor the warranty. They are being very rude and disrespectful. I have contacted corporate and the dealership I've purchased the vehicle from and another Mazda dealership has looked at my vehicle. All parties have said that Roswell Mazda is at fault and needs to fix their poor work. I have only had the vehicle for a few months and the last month I have not been able to drive it because it's not drivable. Resolution Sought I want the Roswell Dealership to compensate me for being without a vehicle for a month, I want them to provide me with a vehicle while they fix mine at no cost to me and I want them to pay Morrow Mazda the $250 diagnostic fee and have my vehicle towed. Then I want them to tow the vehicle back to me.
