Make notes of bad experiences so they can be shut down

I made a dentist appointment for an emergency. The ladies where eating, talking about foot messages, and not paying attention to appointments. I was there for an 2 hours after people walked in and out. I simply asked the receptionist (long black hair heavy set lady), and she explained it was busy and I just had to wait. After another hour, I figured it must off been something wrong or they just didn't like ME. so getting impatient , I went to a different place and immediately got seen for my EMERGENCY
