OCH delivered a Land Rover Defender from LA to DC. Upon arrival on November 23, 2022. I looked over the truck and noticed scratches on the back. He pulled up pictures and verified that it was new. He handed us back the key fob and it was broken. Also the lug nut key, tire iron and privacy screen was all missing. He said because of the 3 hour time difference his boss would call us later. Never got a call. In the contract I signed was the liability insurance. Got in contact with them Nana's Insurance Services Inc DBA Narine Insurance Services 14925 Ventura Blvd Ste 212 Sherman Oaks CA 91403 818-573-2228 [email protected]. After multiple calls and emails, finally got a response, she emailed a claims form. Filled it out and sent it back. Have followed up, sent emails, have received one response saying she sent it to get an agent on it. Nothing since, cant get a response. Resolution Sought I would like the items replaced and the scratches on the truck to be fixed.
