Their hours of operation clearly state 7am to 7pm cst. Yesterday I arrived at 6:45pm cst and was turned away by the female manager due to a lack of employees. Thats not my problem she let others in just ahead of me, it was bitter cold on this evening as well. I'm a loyal customer and should not have been treated in such a shabby unprofessional manner. they should compensate me for my loss donation fee and my travel expense and the inconvenience of the whole situation Resolution Sought read the above!

I visited The memorial Drive location of oaf Ama. Jeryl P. Was at the front desk. I gave him my date of birth and he pulled up my information and saw No issue with My donating that day only making reference that I would be considered a new donor in a few weeks in April if I wanted to wait to get more because he said that today I would only get $25(Which that pymt amt sounded untrue) he then had a call on his phone and excused himself asking the other rep Quona To take over for him for a minute as he took the call. When he came back, he looked at the computer and said oh is that a deferral? As just seeing it is not having been there before when he looked. Quona then started reading me what the manager from the Beaufort highway location had written as a reason to defer me. Almost every word was false, including the data On my donations. I had reported multiple times the data issues and the unhealthy patient practices that were being done and allowed. The manager Candice Britt., Is well aware of many of the discrepancies she saw in the computer and ignored and then when I ask questions about my health and And the irregularities she made the thread if I continued, she would remove me from donating. The person at the memorial location then said something else that I don't think was right Resolution Sought Recognize these bad practices that were reported. And investigate to give accounting of what prompted these practices. And decide what type of compensation would be appropriate.
