While contracted with our HOA we paid for replumbing our entrance island which has been discovered that work was never done as well as damage to the water source to the island, as well as damages to board members property ie. Irrigation valves, and use of a defoliation on bushes and intentionally cutting a control valve we have requested the owners for assistance in these matters but to no avail. Resolution Sought We would like them to make good on all issues or as the board would be forced to file a complaint with the Nevada Contractors board.
