In 11/21 I ordered a frezzer, was given a tracking no# YP015641403N -tracked the item : last plain landing 11/20/21- 12/13/21 no update 01/3/22 says transportation expired reason item lost, 0120/22 REQUESTED A REFUND.. 01/19/22 Received new tracking no and tracking company ,YPO156441403CN .01/20/22 Attempted to track .tracking no# doesn't exist. Content them .request refund. Resolution Sought A refund o r the freezer delivered in a timely manner
