I ordered 6 spark plugs for a 2016 Mercedes-Benz GL450 from OEM VEHICLE PARTS, on 11/16/2023. The total with tax & shipping came up to $86.04. I then emailed deb@oemvehicleparts.com. On 11/18/2023, to see the current status of my order in which iI was informed it was still processing with a estimated date of shipping on 11/29/2023. I called on 11/21/2023 to check the status of my order, and a customer service rep informed me, that my order was still in processing. I said this is taking way to long and I want to cancel my order and be fully refunded. She asked me to explain why, I your process is taking to long and I've found it at a better price from a competitor. She informed me, tgat should couldn't stop the process. I informed her, that I'll shop it back immediately and want a full refund. The funniest part is after ending our conversation, 20 seconds later I get a email with tracking information of the purchase. They then canceled my order and refunded me a full refund, that dated back to 11/16/2023. On 11/25/2023, I did receive the package. I called and emailed to get the return information to send it back upon receiving it immediately. No one answered either emails or calls to customer service or sales departments. 21/27/2023, Deb Moyer finally responded with the return information. I returned on 12/01/23. It was delivered on 12/04/2023 to the provided return address. 12/14/2023, They charged me again $86.04. And won't respond. So can get a refunded Resolution Sought To communicate. Be more professional. Care about the customers and back their commitment TO FULLY REFUND ME!!!!! You can't leave zero/stars for a rating with this company or I'd give it a negative Zero/ Stars
