I've gotten many tattoos from this particular artist and out of the blue he wants to charge me $500 for 2-3 colors to do water color around an existing tattoo he did some years back. Not knowing what I'm getting tattooed until I make the appointment. Well he's has decided to over charge me big time and I'm not having it, so he is keeping my deposit due to me not paying an additional $400 dollars for what I was requesting of 2-3 colors max as water color around a ribbon tattoo, maybe 5 inches long. So not much more skin was he actually suppose to tattoo. Resolution Sought Refund me
